- What counts as a website?
- One address, such as www.example.com. One subscription protects one address.
- What does the free trial include?
- Everything, for 14 days. You do not enter a card to start. If you do nothing at the end, your account turns read-only and your website is passed through uninspected, not taken down.
- Do I have to install anything?
- No. You change two DNS records where your domain is managed. If someone else looks after that, the app emails them the records.
- Will it slow my site down?
- Every request makes one extra stop on its way to your site and is inspected there, which adds a little time to each. For most sites nobody notices. The preview lets you try it before any visitor is affected.
- Can it block my real customers?
- It can, which is why it starts by watching and blocks only when you say. If a real visitor is stopped, one button lets requests like theirs through from then on.
- Is there a limit on traffic?
- None is set today. The app shows how many requests and how much data pass through each hour.
- What happens to my data if I leave?
- Stopped requests are kept for 30 days. Download them as a spreadsheet at any time, including after you cancel.
- Is there a contract?
- No. You pay monthly and cancel from the billing page.
